Manage Users

The Manage Users section enables tenant administrators to efficiently oversee all users within the platform, including adding new users, updating user details, assigning roles, and controlling access

Manage users

To manage users, tenant administrators should do the following:

  • Log in to the tenant administration portal and navigate to Users from the left-hand menu.

  • Click on Add User. The Create New User page will appear, where you can enter user details, set preferences, assign roles, and create the user.
