Manage User Roles

User roles help tenant administrators control what actions users can perform within the platform.

How to manage user roles ?

To manage user roles, tenant administrators should do the following:

  • Log in to the tenant administration portal.

  • Navigate to Roles from the left-hand menu.

  • Enter a Role Name to clearly identify the role (for example, Instructor)

  • Add a Description to explain the purpose and responsibilities of the role (optional).

  • Select the required Permissions based on what actions the role should be allowed to perform, such as managing courses or content.

  • Click Create Role to save and apply the role
