User roles help tenant administrators control what actions users can perform within the platform.
To manage user roles, tenant administrators should do the following:
Log in to the tenant administration portal.
Navigate to Roles from the left-hand menu.
Enter a Role Name to clearly identify the role (for example, Instructor)
Add a Description to explain the purpose and responsibilities of the role (optional).
Select the required Permissions based on what actions the role should be allowed to perform, such as managing courses or content.
Click Create Role to save and apply the role
