This guide helps tenant administrators manage learner enrollment for courses and batches.
Enrollment management helps tenant administrators control and monitor learner enrollments for courses and batches.
To manage enrollments, tenant administrators should do the following:
Log in to the tenant administration portal.
Click on Enrollments from the left-side menu as shown in the screenshot below
The Enrollments page displays where all users enrolled in courses or batches.
Click on Enroll User on the right-hand side of the page to enroll learners.
Select Enroll Single User to enroll one learner or Bulk Enrollment to enroll multiple learners at once.
After selecting Enroll Single User, the Enroll User page appears. Tenant administrators can do the following
Click on the drop down and Select the User to be enrolled from the list.
Choose the Enrollment Type as Course, Batch, or Learning Path.
Select the Enrollment Source (for example, Admin Manual).
Specify the amount paid and click on the admin notes.
Enable Send email notification to user to notify the learner about the enrollment.
Click Enroll User to complete the enrollment process.
