How to create a live class

This guide will help tenant administrators in creating a live instructor-led learning course with scheduled sessions and real-time interaction.

Create live course

A live course helps learners attend real-time sessions conducted by an instructor. It enables direct interaction, doubt clarification, and guided learning through scheduled classes.

To create a live course, tenant administrators should do the following:

• Log in to your tenant administration portal

• Click on Courses -> All Courses as shown in the screenshot below

• 

• After clicking on Create Course, the Basic Information page will open.

• 
• Enter the Course Title, Short Description, and Full Description.

• Choose the appropriate Category and Instructor

• Click Next to proceed to the Course Details section.

• 
• Select the Course Type as Instructor-Led

• Choose the difficulty level (Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced).

• Set the course duration , prerequisites and define the learning objectives

• Click next to configure the price and enrollment settings.

• 
• In the pricing section, set the course as free or paid as required.

• Select the appropriate currency and click on to add price

• Select the number of learners you want to enroll in the course.

• Click next to review the course details

• 
• Review all entered information carefully.

• Click create course to publish the self paced course successfully.
