Creation of group

Groups help tenant administrators organize users for easier management and enrollment.

How to create groups

To create a group, tenant administrators should do the following:

  • Log in to the tenant administration portal.

  • Click on Groups -> All groups as shown in the screenshot below

  • Click on create groups

  • Mention the the group name and explain the purpose of the group, such as the type of training or users it is intended for, to make future management easier.

  • Click on create group.
