This guide helps tenant administrators create a batch

Create a batch

A batch allows administrators to organize learners into a scheduled group for live instructor-led sessions.

To create a batch, follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your tenant administration portal

  • Click on Batches-> All Batches as shown in the screenshot below

  • Click on Create batch

  • After clicking on Create batch, the Basic Information page will open.

  • Select the Course from the list of published instructor-led courses.

  • Enter a Batch Name

  • Select the start date as well as the end date

  • Set the Enrollment Deadline to define the last date learners can enroll

  • Enter the Maximum Students allowed for the batch or leave it empty for unlimited enrollment.

  • Add a Description to provide batch-specific information for learners.

  • Configure the Pricing details if applicable.

  • Review the batch details and click Create Batch.

  • To create a batch, make sure the course is published first, then proceed with batch creation.

  • When a batch is created, it is not assigned to any group by default, which means learners will not be able to view or enroll in the batch until a group is assigned.
