How to create a batch
This guide helps tenant administrators create a batch
Create a batch
A batch allows administrators to organize learners into a scheduled group for live instructor-led sessions.
To create a batch, follow the steps below:
Log in to your tenant administration portal
Click on Batches-> All Batches as shown in the screenshot below

Click on Create batch
After clicking on Create batch, the Basic Information page will open.

Select the Course from the list of published instructor-led courses.
Enter a Batch Name
Select the start date as well as the end date
Set the Enrollment Deadline to define the last date learners can enroll
Enter the Maximum Students allowed for the batch or leave it empty for unlimited enrollment.
Add a Description to provide batch-specific information for learners.
Configure the Pricing details if applicable.

Review the batch details and click Create Batch.
To create a batch, make sure the course is published first, then proceed with batch creation.
When a batch is created, it is not assigned to any group by default, which means learners will not be able to view or enroll in the batch until a group is assigned.
