Raising support ticket

The ticketing system allows learners to report LMS-related issues and submit requests for support and resolution.

How to raise a ticket?

Follow the steps below to raise a ticket:

  • Log in to the LMS using your registered ID

  • Select the Help/Support icon located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

  • From the Help Center page, choose the appropriate option:

    • Technical Support

    • General

    • Suggestions and Enhancements

    • Subscriptions

  • Enter the required information such as subject, description, and any additional details.

  • Click on Submit to successfully raise your ticket.
